Method
  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Toss chicken, feta and spinach together in a large ovenproof dish
  • Mix cream and eggs together and season. Stir through chicken mixture.
  • Halve phyllo sheets and brush generously with olive oil
  • Cover pie with phyllo, tucking pastry in around the sides
  • Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden and heated through


More good ideas

  • Keep the pastry refrigerated until you need it, then keep it under a damp towel to prevent it drying out and becoming brittle
  • Serve with risoni (small rice-shaped pasta)
