Method
  • Boil potatoes for about 10 minutes in lightly salted water, then drain
  • Score potatoes with a fork to fluff up the outside
  • Mix together oil, garlic & herb seasoning, turmeric and cumin. Toss potatoes in the mixture.
  • Place potatoes on the rack with the chicken and roast for about 35 minutes until golden brown and crispy
