Method
  • Melt butter with olive oil in a saucepan. 
  • Fry sliced leeks, cloves crushed garlic and medium-sized peeled and diced potatoes until fragrant and softened. 
  • Add frozen peas and white sauce.
  • Drain salmon and remove excess bones and skin. 
  • Carefully stir into leek mixture and season.
  • Pour mixture into an ovenproof bowl and cover with puff pastry and trim edges.
  • Bake at 220°C for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 180°C for a further 25-35 minutes or until pastry is puffed up and cooked through.
