Method
  • Coconut rice, for serving
  • Pound gremolata ingredients with a mortar and pestle, or roughly pulse in a blender to infuse flavours
  • Strain through a fine sieve and reserve herb mixture
  • Place tuna in a large bowl and cover with gremolata oil
  • Marinate for 10 to 15 minutes and remove from oil
  • Heat a non-stick griddle pan until smoking. Cook tuna to your liking
  • Dollop with reserved herbs and serve with coconut rice
