Method
  • Pulse dates, water, sesame seeds and tahini paste in a food processor.
  • Add walnuts, pomegranate seeds, cinnamon and honey, and pulse until combined.
  • Shape mixture into small balls, roll in coconut, cover and refrigerate to set before serving.


More good ideas

  • Replace walnuts with pistachio nuts or almonds.
  • Dip date balls into melted chocolate and leave to set.
  • Add a little grated orange peel and a small pinch of PnP dried chilli flakes.
