Method
  • Blanch green beans in salted boiling water for 5-6 minutes
  • Refresh under cold running water to halt cooking. Set aside.
  • Toss beans, potatoes, peas, watercress and fish together
  • Stir dressing ingredients together. Drizzle over salad.

  • Replace smoked trout with poached or canned salmon, or seared sustainable white fish
