Method
  • Cook pepper in an oven at 200°C until blackened.
  • Cover with clingfilm until cool enough to handle.
  • Peel and discard seeds.
  • Blitz pepper and remaining marinade ingredients until smooth.
  • Prepare hot coals.
  • Toss prawns in sauce and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Thread onto metal skewers and braai for 1-2 minutes per side, until firm and opaque.
  • Serve with parsley and lemon.
