Method
  • Preheat oven to 200ºC.
  • Mix paprika, olive oil and seasoning together. Set aside.
  • Coat potatoes with 2 Tbsp smoked paprika oil and arrange in a roasting pan.
  • Roast for 15 minutes or until starting to crisp. Add chorizo and tomatoes.
  • Brush fish fillets with remaining paprika oil and place on top.
  • Cook for another 10 -12 minutes, or until fish starts to flake.

 

Cook’s tip

  • Use any type of spicy sausages instead of chorizo.
