Method
  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Toss all dukka ingredients together on a baking tray. Roast for 3-4 minutes or until fragrant.
  • Tip into a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground. Decant half a cup of dukka mixture into a shallow bowl.
  • Mix equal amounts of oil and vinegar together in a shallow bowl
  • Serve crudités and chunks of bread with oil mixture and dukka
