All you need to make sure of is that you fill the cannelloni well with spinach and feta mix, so it's not all full of air.

Method
  • Pre-heat oven to 180ºC
  • Using a piping bag or spoon, fill the cannelloni tubes with the spinach mixture
  • Arrange the tubes close together in a grease proof casserole dish
  • Spoon the tomato mixture evenly over the pasta tubes
  • Spread the cheese sauce over the tomato mixture and sprinkle with the chopped fresh herbs and grated cheese, if using
  • Bake at 180ºC until the pasta is tender and the top is golden brown
  • Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving with a crisp green salad
