Method
  • Mix dry ingredients together.
  • Add wet ingredients and stir to mix well.
  • Leave to stadn for 2 hours before using
  • Bake at 180 C for 20 – 25 minutes

Keeps in the fridge for 6 – 8 weeks! 1.5 cartons if buttermilk will make a drier batter for a more rustic muffin – 2 cartons will make a smoothly shaped muffin.
