Method
  • Preheat oven to 200°C
  • Remove chicken wing tips and halve each winglet at the joint
  • Toss winglets, sauce and paste in a roasting pan
  • Roast for 20 - 25 minutes or until caramelised and sticky
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions before serving
