Method
  • Heat a griddle pan over high heat.
  • Toss asparagus in oil and seasoning and chargrill until just cooked. Drizzle with lemon and scatter over parmesan.
  • Drape ham over melon slices.
  • Slice mozzarella and arrange with tomatoes and basil. Drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Arrange all elements on a platter. Serve.

Cook's tip: you could also add artisan bread, deli olives, marinated peppers, or caper berries to this platter.
