Method
  • Rinse rice well and cook in salted water according to packet instructions.
  • Drain.
  • Add sugar and rice wine vinegar and fan while stirring to cool quickly.
  • Place fillings in small bowls.
  • Spread out nori sheets on a rolling mat.
  • Add fillings and tightly roll up into a sausage shape. 
  • Once firmly rolled up, slice into bite-sized portions.
  • Top with mayo (optional) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Serve with prawn tails, soy sauce, ginger and wasabi.
