Method

  • Mix together olive oil, yoghurt, lemon juice, curry powder, Robertsons ginger coriander an paprika. Season to taste with Robertsons  Atlantic sea salt and Robertsons freshly ground whole black peppercorns. 
  • Marinate the chicken for at least an hour or preferably overnight
  • Braai the chicken over medium coals
  • Serve with lemon wedges, sambals  and hot naan bread


More ideas

  • Mix together a tablespoon  each of Robertsons sweet basil and Robertsons Mediterranean vegetable seasoning. Rub over a packet of chicken thighs and drumsticks.  Drizzle with a little olive oil. Braai until the skin is crispy and the inside soft and juicy.
  • Mix a tablespoon of Robertsons spicy Portuguese seasoning with a little olive oil and honey. Marinate chicken wings overnight. Braai over coals for a scrumptious starter snack.
