Method
  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Step 2: Place pizza base onto a baking tray and spread with ½ cup (125ml) PnP Finest tomato and basil pasta sauce. Scatter over ½ packet (175g) halved PnP mixed cocktail tomatoes and season with salt and milled black pepper.
  • Step 3: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and tomatoes have begun to caramelise.
  • Step 4: Arrange 1 sliced PnP Organic avocado on pizza, scatter with PnP wild rocket and serve.
