Triple-chocolate bomb shell
Rich, dreamy and visually spectacular!

Main Ingredients
100 grams white chocolate shavings, 2 slabs melted
4 extra large PnP eggs, separated
10 ml vanilla essence, or extract
100 grams milk chocolate, melted
15 ml brandy, optional
100 grams dark chocolate chips, melted
30 ml strong coffee
200 grams PnP Finest luxury truffle ganache, for drizzling Fresh berries for serving
Shell:
- Pour melted white chocolate into a large (1L) rounded but flexible plastic bowl.
- Keep swirling bowl while chocolate sets, to ensure an even shell.
Mousse and chocolate filling:
- Beat egg yolks and vanilla into melted chocolate.
- Whisk egg whites until fluffy and carefully fold through mousse in two batches.
- Stir through brandy.
- Repeat process with dark chocolate filling, folding coffee in at the end.
- Layer fillings into white chocolate shell and set completely.
- Carefully un-mould ‘bomb’ onto a plate and drizzle with lightly melted ganache.
- Top with fresh berries, cut into wedges using a hot knife, and serve.
