Method
  • Heat a griddle pan.
  • Beat fillets with a meat mallet to flatten slightly.
  • Brush with oil and season.
  • Chargrill until cooked. Slice into thin strips.
  • Cook noodles according to packet instructions and refresh under cold running water. Drain.
  • Arrange chicken, noodles, cucumber, julienne trio, salad or nasturtium
  • leaves, herbs and nuts on a large platter.
  • Allow everyone to roll chicken, noodles, herbs and vegetables in salad leaves. 
  • Dip in satay sauce and tuck in!

Satay dipping sauce:

  • Mix together peanut butter, canola oil, thick soy sauce, sesame oil and the juice of 1 lime.
