Method
  • Season steaks with pepper.
  • Toss in a small glug of oil.
  • Heat a heavy-based pan until smoking. Fry steaks for 30 seconds a side.
  • Add soy sauce and ginger and toss to coat. Remove and set aside to rest. Slice into strips.
  • Stuff rolls with steak, cucumber, carrots and coriander.
  • Drizzle over pan juices and serve.


More good ideas

  • Reduce fat by using ostrich steaks or chicken breast fillets.
