Method
  • Toast coconut in a dry pan until golden
  • Line 8-12 small teacups or similar vessels with cling film
  • Heat cream in a saucepan until just boiling. Remove from heat and add chocolate.
  • Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Set aside.
  • Whisk yolks and sugar until thick and pale
  • Fold chocolate mixture, nougat and 3 Tbsp (45ml) coconut into the yolk mixture, then fold in the whisked cream.
  • Divide mixture between moulds, cover with cling wrap and freeze overnight.
  • Unmould tartufi and roll in the remaining coconut
  • Serve immediately
