Method
  • Heat 100ml milk with rose water in a small saucepan. Add chocolate and remove from heat.
  • Mix gelatine with remaining milk and add to warm chocolate mixture. Stir until smooth and set aside to cool.
  • Whisk egg whites and salt together until soft peaks form, and fold in yoghurt.
  • Add cooled chocolate mixture gently until completely combined.
  • Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate until set.
  • Garnish with slices of Turkish delight and serve.


Cook’s tips

  • Make the mousse  a day in advance and refrigerate until needed.
  • To slice turkish delight, heat your knife by dipping  the blade into boiling water
