Method
  • Mix dry flapjack ingredients together.
  • Warm berries and sweetener in a pot.
  • Whisk batter ingredients together.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Drop spoonfuls of batter into pan.
  • Cook for 1 minute and then flip flapjacks to brown on both sides.
  • Mix xylitol with berries.
  • Serve flapjacks topped with 1 Tbsp per portion of cottage cheese and berries.


More good ideas

  • For pancakes add 125-180ml extra milk for a thinner batter.
  • Try these delicious low-fat toppings: smoked salmon trout and smooth cottage cheese and chives, or sliced banana, honey and fat-free plain yoghurt, sprinkled with raw, unsalted pistachios.
